Progress…

Over the past couple of days, our crazy band of misfits that we call the New England Spahtens hit over 3,000 members!! Yeah, you read right 3,000 members!! So it was agreed that we come up with something epic.

We teamed up, virtually or in real life, with two other members for a 3,000 movement workout. It included push ups, sit ups, lunges, mountain climbers, squats, jumping jacks and everyone’s favorite, burpees!! Each movement was to be 100 reps, for a total of 1,000 rep movements. The lunges were left and right, so they were considered 100 left lunges and 100 right lunges… anyway… I got a small video done of my workout, edited for time and what else of course.
