Today’s plan… Run, Beach and WOD…

… in no particular order…

My wife, Leah, and son’s have found a nice sandy beach on Percy Priest Lake here in Nashville, dying to check it out, will today!!!

Cindy (bodyweight WOD)
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
5 Pull­ups
10 Push­ups
15 Squats

Mapped out a route on Runkeeper of 3.5 miles for today, shooting for 10 miles tomorrow.

  1. knocked out a 3.5 mile in 34 minutes and did 13 rounds of Cindy in 20 minutes for 13 rounds of Cindy for a total of 5 pullups x 13 = 65, 10 pushups x 13 = 130, 15 squats x 13 = 195
